29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(i): Flexible cords and cables were not approved for conditions of use and location: a) #2-PM-19 Turbine Exhaust Lube Tank Area; On or about August 11, 2015 The employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to use a temporary light string that had been altered to be used as an extension cord. The light string was not approved for those conditions of use and location.
