29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a/ The Cover Company/Branchburg NJ Site: Warehouse Toyota Forklift Battery Maintenance Area. An eye wash facility was not made readily available where battery fluid levels are checked, in that the portable eye wash provided was empty. Eye wash to have a minimum 15 minutes of continuous flow of water and/or other approved solution. Observed on/or about 08/21/2015.
