29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:  The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program, which included employees required to use dust mask-type N95 and tight fitting half-face respirators as part of regular work tasks, on or about August 20, 2015. Employees not trained, educated, or evaluated on the use of respirators may experience respiratory distress or other injury as a result of using a respirator improperly. 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:  The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings. The employer did not label containers of acids that were used to transfer acids from large containers to be weighed and added to the process. On August 20, 2015, an employee tripped and fell into unlabeled and open containers left on a scale, splashing the employee with acid and burning the employee.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
