29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Commercial Roofing and Weatherproofing, Inc., at 5850 E. 58th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before August 10, 2015 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury while working on a flat roof of a commercial building, in that employees installing flashing at the edge of the roof were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall of approximately 20 feet.
