The employer has failed to submit abatement certification within ten days of the abatement date, September 30, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi) issued as citation 1, item 1, and described as follows: The employee was observed working on an raised platform on the forklift that was not designed for personnel usage (the ANSI prohibits employees from being raised without an approved cage and tie off), thereby exposing employees to a seven foot fall hazard.
