29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times. On or about 14 August 2015, the driver of powered industrial vehicle (walkie) did not maintain a safe distance, approximately three truck lengths, from the truck ahead nor maintained control of the truck. Driver of the walkie ran into the stock picker that had stopped in front.

29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. On or about 14 August 2015, the driver of the walkie failed to look in the direction of and keep a clear view of the path of travel when the employee ran into a stock picker that had stopped to make a right turn.
