29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of an employee, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA: At the construction site: On or about July 24, 2015, an employee was injured, resulting in an in-patient hospitalization, the employer failed to report this injury to OSHA under the new reporting requirements.
