29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):  Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut.     (a)  Riverview RV and Camp Ground at 2444 River Rim Road, Loveland CO 80537:  On and before August 7, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the table saw in the maintenance shop was guarded, in that an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut was not installed.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2):  Each hand-fed circular ripsaw was not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw of being thrown back on the operator:  (a)  Riverview RV and Camp Ground at 2444 River Rim Road, Loveland CO 80537:  On and before August 7, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the table saw in the maintenance shop had a spreader installed on it to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1):  The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut:   (a)  Riverview RV and Camp Ground at 2444 River Rim Road, Loveland CO 80537:  On and before August 7, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the radial saw in the maintenance shop was properly guarded, in that the lower exposed portion of the blade was not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
