Brooks Remodeling, Bailey's Auto Repair, Skelton WV: On or about 08/21/15, the 120 volt 15 amp receptacle outlets in the garage were not provided with GFCI protection when used to supply power to an extension cord and Makita circular saw. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
