29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 10 Friendship Road, Building 32, Cranbury, NJ 08512. Employee was exposed to fall hazards when standing on the second floor sill plate installing GP DensGlass Shaftliner panels with no fall protection systems in place. b) 10 Friendship Road, Building 32, Cranbury, NJ 08512. Employee was exposed to fall hazards when standing on the second floor sill plate doing framing work with no fall protection systems in place. Conditions occurred on or about 08/20/15.
