29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a. Lunch Room Services - On or about August 21, 2015, the entrance door's floors to the lunch room were not in orderly conditions/free from tripping hazards such as electrical equipment cords, thereby employees were exposed to tripping hazard. 1. The floor next to the wooden table with one (1) gray microwave - had part of an electrical cord in a loop (unused power strip devise - 15 amp/120 volts. 2. The floor next to the yellow cabinet holding two (2) microwaves - had an electrical cord freely laying on the floor (plastic wrapper machine right outside the lunch room).
