Crossbraces were used as a means of access:    a) Worksite, 2421 Hewlett Ave., Bellmore, NY- Employees climbed the frames and crossbracing of a fabricated frame scaffold to access the 12' level; on or about 8/22/15.    Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
