29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): JOB SITE: 7108-7110 Mexico Road, Saint Peters, MO 63376, on or about 8/20/2015, workers were observed working from a tubular welded scaffold, approximately 18 feet 8 inches above ground level, doing plastering work and the working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
