29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) (the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein):  a)       Cream Haz Mat Lockers next to Metal Shop;  A BBQ sauce container contained gasoline and it was not re-labeled.   b)      Gas House (Building 7148);  An unlabeled container of paint was located in the paint storage area.  c)      Gas House (Building 7148);  An unlabeled white plastic container contained gasoline.   d)      Fire Cache, Closet adjacent to workout room;  An unlabeled spray bottle contained a green substance.   e)      Fire Cache, Closet adjacent to workout room;  A white plastic bottle contained an unknown substance.

29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed:  a)  Metal Shop (Building 7230);  There was excessive bird feces and two dead baby birds at the entrance of the shop.  b)  Auto Shop Car Wash:  There was a nest and excessive bird feces on the floor.  c)  Historic Roads/ Trails Building/ Current Electrical, Plumbing Shop;  There was excessive mouse feces on the floor in the plumbing parts storage area.  d)  Historic Roads/ Trails Building/ Current Electrical, Plumbing Shop;  There was excessive bird feces close to the entrance of the shop.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 935744, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Newhalem, WA.
