29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Location: 6 Lloyd Rd., Montclair, NJ.      a) Employees working/patching on the roof were not protected from falling and were exposed to a potential fall of approximately 12 ft. to the ground below; on or about 8/21/15.    b) Employees waterproofing at or/and near the edge of the roof were not protected from falling and were exposed to a potential fall of approximately 20 ft. to the ground below; on or about 9/1/15.
