29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his environment to control or eliminate any hazards of other exposure to illness or injury. The employer did not instruct his employees in the hazards associated with floor refinishing work, including but not limited to electrical, and airborne contaminant hazards, nor how employees can protect themselves from those hazards on or about August 22, 2015.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
