29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section: Del Co Energy Solutions of Wisconsin, Inc. did not provide certification for each of the citation items issued on 12/16/2015: (a) Citation 1 Item 1: Frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not conducted by a competent person to ensure hazardous situations were found and corrected. (b) Citation 1 Item 2: An employee changing out light fixtures was permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and was not protected against electric shock. (c) Citation 1 Item 3: The employer did not advise the employee f the protective measures to be taken prior to conducting light fixture replacement. (d) Citation 1 Item 4: An employee changing out and installing new light fixtures from a Genie S-40 aerial lift was not protected from a fall/thrown hazard by using a safety harness and lanyard attached to the lift.
