The employer failed to develop and implement an adequate fire safety plan that covered all of the actions necessary to ensure employees safety in the event of a fire. The Mullett Lake Marina Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1915.502(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917316, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 9904 S. Straits Hwy in Cheboygan, Michigan.
