29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 1315 West Anna, Grand Island, NE 68801 (Job-site): The employer did not ensure that adequate fall protection was provided for employees who were working on the roof of a community hall which was approximately 23 feet from a lower level. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
