29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about, April 21, 2015, at location 11030 Industriplex Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70809, the employer allowed an employee to operate a Hilti TE70 combihammer drill in order to drill holes in the concrete foundation without donning the appropriate eye protection.
