29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a. On or about August 18, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, multiple extension cords used by employees were missing ground pins. The employees were thereby exposed to electrical shock hazards.
