29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): On or about August 27, 2015, Ozinga drivers were being exposed to respiratory issues while loading concrete mix (dry Portland Cement and water) onto trucks for delivery while also being exposed to the loading of dry Portland Cement onsite by outside contractors and the employer failed to perform initial air monitoring for the exposure of hexavalent chromium. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
