29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about August 26th, 2015, at the jobsite located at 6000 Duda Rd. Belle Glade, FL 33430, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a slicer machine with a rotator impeller (i.e. Urschel, Model Diversacut Sprint) that lacked a guard / food hopper on its point of operation.
