29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:   On or about 8/27/15 located at 3890 Cameron Ct., Cumming, GA:  Employees that were operating the skill saws used a piece of wood to wedge and hold the guard for the blade in the open position, while cutting 2x4s and plywood.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or about 8/27/15 located at 3890 Cameron Ct., Cumming, GA: Employees were framing the floor and the walls on the 2nd floor of an house that was under construction while working at the edges of the staircase floor hole opening, the employer did not ensure that guardrails or floor hole coverings was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 9 feet.
