29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about August 6, 2015, two employees were observed working on the roof of a residential home without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-feet to the ground below. Mario Sanchez Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021389, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 12173 Copper Valley, El Paso, TX 79938.
