29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): Truss manufacture plant: On or about August 27, 2015 and at times thereto, the employer did not perform a workplace hazard assessment to determine if employees needed to use PPE. This condition exposed the employees to caught-between, stuck-by and noise hazards.
