On or about August 27, 2015, the employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i) in that the main line trench on South Street was not protected from cave-ins.    b.  On or about August 27, 2015, the employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i) in that the lateral trench on South Street was not protected from cave-ins.      Badger Environmental & Earthworks was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 459361, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2012, with respect to a workplace located on Sextonville Road in Richland Center, WI.
