29 CFR 1917.111(b): Maximum safe load limits, in pounds per square foot (kilograms per square meter), of floors elevated above ground level, and pier structures over the water were not conspicuously posted in all cargo areas: Kenai Plant, Main Dock, Fuel Dock: On or about August 28, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the fish handling and travel lift dock had not been posted with maximum safe load limits. This condition limited information regarding dock stability and operations over the water.
