29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Workplace; 1153 Industrial Park Road, Leechburg, PA, On or about August 1, 2015 - The employer did not maintain the SDS sheet for Quikrete premium play sand and Chemway 2042. The safety data sheets were assessed from a computer based master list, and these hazardous chemicals were not on the master list.
