Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to caught between hazards associated with standing to close to the operating zone of a milling machine:       The employer is failing to protect employees from potential caught between hazards associated with operating road milling machines on a commercial highway construction project.  The most recent occurrence of this took place on August 25, 2015 when on a jobsite located on I-80 westbound lanes between 42nd and 60th Streets in Omaha, NE where the employer had an employee working next to another employee being trained on the operation of the RayGo BARCOMILL 100 road miller.     ONE METHOD OF FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF ABATEMENT TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:   a.     The employer following the warning and instructions as outlined on Pages 6 and 10 of the RayGo Operators Manual 26 for the BARCOMILL 100.
