29 CFR 1926.250(a)(3): Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear to provide for the free and safe movement of material handling equipment or employees. Such areas shall be kept in good repair.      Location: Passage way near picture window opening on south end of site at 2000 Ronald Reagan Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio      a: On or about 8/28/15 an employee was exposed to tripping, slipping and fall  hazards created because trash was accumulated in the passage way.  An employee working on the 4th floor slipped on accumulated materials.
