On or about August 28, 2015, employees in the EVS department  were required to dispense and/or work with Extreme Floor Stripper,  a corrosive cleaner. Eye protection and appropriate gloves were not present and/or maintained in the EVS department.   Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with chemical exposure to the eyes and skin.
