29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: (a) Warehouse: On or about 8/31/2015, the emergency exit door at the rear of warehouse was secured from the inside using a hasp bolt that would need to be unlocked in order to evacuate the building.
