29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: a) 226 Talmadge Road, Edison, NJ site - Warehouse Toilet room: The employer failed to provide separate toilet rooms for each sex. In the warehouse where there are approximately 26 male and 4 female employees all employees use the same toilet room. Within the toilet room there are two (2) urinals and two (2) toilet facilities. Condition noted on or about 9/1/2015.
