29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. a) On or about September 2nd, 2015, at the site located at 2225 NW 76th St. Miami, FL. 33147, employees were exposed to potential electrical shock and tripping hazard caused by the flexible extension cords used as a substitute for fixed wiring of the drills and other tools used on a daily basis. b) On or about September 2nd, 2015, at the site located at 2225 NW 76th St. Miami, FL. 33147, employees were exposed to a suspended extension cord used to connect a lamp over a work station.
