29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: JOB SITE: 850 Jungerman Road, Saint Peters, MO 63376, on or about 9/2/2015, at this facility, located in the warehouse storage area, the forklift operator is required to service the battery to the Hyster Electric Lift Truck and was exposed to injurious corrosive materials. The operator was not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use.
