29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): 1. On or about August 31, 2015 and at times prior, a Hyster forklift Model #E50-XL33 with Serial #C108V026700, and two Crown forklifts Model #RD5225-30 with Serial #1A319141, and Model#5700 with Serial #1A384766 have back-up lights that were not working. The forklifts were not taken out of service until restored to safe operating conditions.
