29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent:    (a) Exelon Generation Company, LLC - Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, 1848 Lay Road, Delta, Pennsylvania - On July 29, 2015, an employee amputated the tip of the left little finger when this finger got pinched between wooden cribbing and a pump stuffing box that the employee moved at the time, resulting in restricted work activity from the day following the injury to the present time.  The employer incorrectly recorded this case as a medical treatment case.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
