29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: (a) Front of Building - On or about September 2, 2015 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard due to the platform not being fully decked or planked. There was a 19 inch gap where a deck was not installed.
