OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about September 3, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the home made below the hook lifting devices being used to move steel beams in the warehouse just outside the front offices, were approved by a manufacturer or engineer; and were of good engineering design, construction, inspection, and use.
