29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1330 Cleveland Ave., Wyomissing, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 12 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20 feet on the rake side to the ground below and over 6 feet on the front eave side to the porch roof, on or about September 3, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
