29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 814 East Karsch Blvd in Farmington, MO 63640 - On or about 09/04/2015, employees were exposed to elevated fall hazards of approximately 9 feet onto a solid concrete surface while working on a steep-slope roof (5-in-12 pitch or greater) and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
