29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: On or about September 02, 2015 - At the jobsite located at 4700 W 13th St North, Wichita, KS 67212: Leslie Construction - Custom Masonry employees engaged in siding activities from the third story balcony were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet from the balcony to the ground below in that the guardrail was not capable of withstanding a force of at least 200 pounds.
