29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved and the proper protective measures to be taken:        a) Electrical Room - 15th floor: Employee was exposed to electric hazards as he was not notified nor was any warning sign posted while being directed to install fireproofing around electric busbars that transmitted approximately 3000 Amps, on or about 9/3/15.
