29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Worksite located at 10632 S Memorial Road. Tulsa, OK 74133. On or about August 26, 2015 employees were observed performing roofing work without the use of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
