29 CFR 1910.1200(d)(1): The chemical manufacture or importer did not evaluate chemicals produced in their workplaces or imported by them to classify the chemicals' health and physical hazards in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200:  On or about August 21, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not evaluate chemicals produced in the workplace to classify the health and physical hazards of the chemicals. Employees were exposed to the hazard of contact with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to hydriodic acid and red phosphorous.
