Violation occurred on or about 07/31/2015. Action Leasing, Inc. dba Refrig-It, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008344, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Campus Drive, Kearny, NJ.
