Employees were exposed to fire hazards, chemical burns to skin and eyes, and respiratory tract irritations.     AZ Atlanta was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314643834, citation number 1, item number 6, and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 690 Airport South Parkway, Atlanta GA 30349.
