OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to first degree burns due to a fire caused by the use of a battery on a flammable area:  On or about 9/09/2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were engage in the removal of an underground fuel storage tank lid with a non-sparking tool.  NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM.
