29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a) On or about 9/03/15, at Gasoline Station Construction Site, 555 River Rd., North Tonawanda , NY:  Employees  were exposed to a fall of  approx.  14 ft. while installing electrical wiring on the canopy in the pump area. There was a wall inside the entire perimeter of the canopy, but it was only 30.5 inches high. No other fall protection system was utilized.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
